Easy arrival and exit, lovely room with doors to the car park was great added extra and lovely personal touches in the room

It's really Lovely very modern clean really comfy bed all around 10/10 would definitely stay there again and the owner is really nice and it's just a 10 minutes walk into Whitby loved it

This was our second stay here and it was once again excellent. We particularly like the location, a short walk down hill into town. Plenty of onsite parking. We always choose the large, first floor room with the terrace as it makes for a very comfortable stay. Lovely smart bathroom with an excellent wet room shower. Although no 33 is sold on a room only basis, Gill, the owner, supplies a generous hospitality tray with Porridge, breakfast biscuits plus & a fridge with complimentary soft drinks. Plenty of extra tea bags and sugars are also available on the landing & hallway which is very generous. Gill also allows early check in if possible and is happy for guests to leave their car on arrival from Noon. Good communication throughout our stay.

The property was in a great location, a few minutes walk to everything but just up the hill enough it wasn’t crowded and busy. It was decorated lovely and very accessible. Our room was amazing, instantly felt relaxed when we opened the door and felt like our own space.

Arrived early and was able to park the car so we could take advantage of a full day in Whitby. Arrived up at the room after lunch, we were given the code to the door a few days prior to arrival. our room was fab it had a big bath in the room and was surprised to see it also had a shower. Lots of little complimentary bits, such as tea, coffee, milk, cereal bar, biscuits, bottled water, cans of pop, orange juice and porridge, shower to gel and bubble bath. This is our second stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you again for a lovely stay
