I especially liked that there are no TVs in the rooms. The hotel therefore allowed you to get a good nights sleep, refreshed for the next day, no annoying background TV noise.
Also parking is excellent, very well laid out, free and the 65 Bus, Bus stop just down the road, takes you directly to two Kew Garden Gates, or into Richmond and Kingston. The Thames walk is straight outside the hotel, just a brief walk. So location excellent. Food is exceptional, with a great breakfast.
