The staff were friendly and helpful especially the Paisley Room server Ella I believe
Location is fantastic: very close to various restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and Richmond Station. Good bus connections too. Staff is really great, caring, attentive and very helpful.

Almost like being welcomed into someone’s grand home
Great location, very nice room. The breakfast was big and full, and kept me going for much of the day. The staff here is outstanding, particularly the morning breakfast women, who couldn’t do enough for me. As a single traveler, I sometimes feel like I don’t get great service, but both the front desk people and the breakfast people really took care of me. I also appreciated the great location, just a few blocks from train station and bus routes.
