Staff were delightful! Hotel is well maintained, clean and just a piece of heaven. The location is excellent, the views from the restaurant are lovely and the food was amazing
We loved the Petersham. It was beautiful. The Hotel overlooked the meadow. The Breakfast was delicious and you could order anything you wanted. The room was nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. We had a little balcony and we could leave the doors open for fresh air. The town of Richmond was just a short walk down the River path. It was a delightful walk. We will be going back.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly without being pushy. Breakfast was included in my price and exceeded my expectations
Beautiful property and excellent service oriented staff. Food quality was excellent too, although pricey. View from restaurant was lovely.
After a mix up (a fault at my end) the Front Office Manager 'Elena' stepped in and showed exemplary customer service. We have stayed at the Petersham on 3 previous occasions. We have tried other hotels in Richmond in the past but The Petersham is outstanding. Charming location with stunning views, easy parking and central London is easily accessible. I have recommended it to so many family and friends.
