The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was gorgeous and very clean.
Everything our stay was perfect staff lovely and welcoming nothing was to much trouble, great location lovely breakfast plenty of choice ,spa fabulous
This place is so restful and peaceful. You can spend time in the garden on the patio or in the spa which has a beautiful view out of the window from the jacuzzi. The food is very good from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and recommended Easedale Tarn which is a fabulous hike with breathtaking views once you get to the top as well as a plunge pool on the way up.
Amazing stay! I arrived early (an hour before check in) however my room was ready and I was kindly given a room upgrade which was nice. The room was lovely and very clean. There was also complementary gin and tonic in the room. Spa was excellent and I spent a good hour in there and was the only person in there. Breakfast excellent with great choice on the continental and hot cooked. Staff very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return!
Absolutely everything, from checking in to leaving the following morning the staff were professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend a visit and look forward to our next stay
