The room in The Cottage was roomy, comfortable and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially
Enya at the front desk. Food was very good; the breakfast each morning was excellent.
The breakfasts were excellent. The Fruit and cereal offering is amongst the best that we have encountered anywhere in the world.
The garden was an excellent space - very well cared for.
Beautiful hotel, lovely lounges and dining areas and our upgrade to the deluxe suite was amazing. One of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in to date.
Staff or always friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast, but it would have been nice to be offered toast when asked if we wanted tea and coffee.
A welcoming check in and genuinely dog friendly.
The whole team at the hotel from the reception manager worked really well together - there was a feeling of a good supportive culture between them.
