The staff was amazing and the property is simply beautiful
Exceptional hotel in an outstanding location. Staff were excellent and highly knowledgeable in both their areas of expertise and the details of the hotel.

We've been visiting the Lakes for over 40 years and stayed in lots of hotel up there. So, after reading the impressive reviews of this hotel, we thought we had to try it. WOW. What a place!! The hotel, location, food, the room were all fantastic. The views were amazing. But the staff were another level. All very welcoming, friendly and very helpful, without being over bearing and pretentious. Special thanks to Emma on reception who was brilliant from the start to finish. We had a fantastic holiday here and would definitely recommend it. We will be back!!
