Wonderful guest house, the rooms have great facilities and are exceptionally clean. The hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. On arrival you can pay a small fee for a parking permit which is really helpful and definitely saves money. The location is brilliant, a short walk to the shops, restaurants and sea front.
