Bus stop very handy with buses going to Newquay, Truro and the centre of St Austell.
Modern, well furnished property with plenty of linen and toiletries. Plus a free welcome pack.
Lovely accommodation. The hosts were very helpful and attended to our needs including places to visit and how to get there.
Impeccably clean, great base to explore Cornwall. Knowledgeable host, and quick to fix a small lighting problem. Stock of essentials was a lovely touch for any forgotten bits and pieces.
Everything: from sunny breakfasts on the private decking to a peaceful and very comfortable sleep. This property is perfectly located for exploring Cornwall by bus or by car. It has everything you are likely to need and host Dena is great - very informative and responsive.
The area was quiet. Well kept. Just outside of St Austell.
