This was a really nice place. Room had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. You are a 10 mins walk from stunning Par Sands beach, authentic, rustic, real Cornwall. You could eat breakfast at the hotel, but I'd actually recommend breakfast at the beach, various choices at the bottom of Par Sands main car park, or indeed try Par Sands Beach Cafe. The beach is dog friendly 365 days a year, great for our little pooch. Par station is almost directly across the road, 50 mins express trains to St Ives or Penzance from there. Compared to the rest of Cornwall, this was reasonably priced for August and a decent base to explore.
