we had stayed at Ace before and loved it! This time we got a random upgrade from a room with bunkbeds to the Penthouse with 2 full/queen? fluffy comfy beds. It was fun using the special elevator. the staff is soooo friendly and helpful. At check out they offered us the option of leaving our bags at the hotel to pick up later- this was an unexpected life saver! When i went back that evening to pick up my bags- they let me hang out in the fancy lobby bar and charge my phone and use the restroom. I would 100% recommend the Ace Hotel

Midtown is chaotic, but this isn't a bad location. I liked this hotel and the staff were incredible. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful at all times. Great hotel close to "NoMad" neighborhood and less chaotic than being closer to Times Square.

The location! Nestled right in the heart of Manhattan, the Ace is a 15/20 minute walk from just about everything. Tons of unique places to eat, times square to the north and lower Manhattan to the south.

Property was clean, cool looking and very comfortable. Really great, warm staff at the front desk at all times.
