Room size was excellent for NYC. Comfortable bed. Excellent location.
The staff was great, our room wasn’t ready yet after waiting for awhile, so they upgraded us at no extra charge. Anytime I had any issues they addressed them and made them right.
The concierge was very helpful! We had a delayed flight from overseas and didn’t get to the hotel until 6 am. We basically showered and rested a few hours and then checked out. Concierge kept our suitcases and helped us get a ride to the airport for our flight home later in the day. He was very kind and sympathetic to our needs.
The location is amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpful.. The elevators worked fairly well too.
The location was fantastic! The price was great, the staff were very friendly, small but adequate clean room, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York for a few days--
