Well, the Location is spectacular, that Lakefront/Grant Park area of Downtown Chicago offers a unique visiting experience, that contrasts the very busy North Loop/Miracle Mile local of Downtown Chicago. Our 2 rooms had adequate amenities/service .All the Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. It was very cool that many of the Staff spoke Spanish. No complaints or issues with our Beds or bedding, everything was comforting. Also, the Front Desk staff had excellent follow through with questions, requests and concerns.

Location! Meet our needs and what we are looking for. Easy access to public transportation. Walkable to museums campus. Walkable to a few restaurants and grocery stores. The staff is nice and friendly. There is a microwave at the lobby to use, a coffee station, free water and sometimes they put out fruits.

I love the location of this hotel. The pillows are so comfortable. It is clean. Maybe out dated but who cares. I love the valet parking. The staff is nice and helpful. Every time we go to Chicago we stay here. We love it!

Very close to all the best places. Views at night are beautiful.

Great location in south loop to visit the Field museum . Very friendly and helpful staff . Reasonable cost considering how expensive Chicago can be . Many good restaurants nearby
