Location, breakfast selections and staff were excellent!
Location perfect. Area safe and well provided with shops and restaurants. Buses and El nearby. Room quiet.
Location was perfect for pir stay in Chicago. Room was great in size and everything in working condition
The room was wonderful. Location wonderful. Breakfast wonderful. But the best thing was the staff! They were so nice to us and especially to our 5 year old daughter who keeps telling me "Mama, I want to move to Chicago when I'm big and work at the Home2Suites with the people who were there." Aw. It was wonderful after an extremely stressful travel day (car problems).
Location was good. Places you in the heartbeat of downtown Chicago. Even with early arrival, our luggage could be left behind so we could tour the area.
