Loved the location and the bed was so comfy!! Loved the front desk staff! I asked to check in early and they graciously allowed us to check in several hours early which was great because we wanted to be able to head straight to lollapalooza. They also held our luggage after check out the next day while we toured the city.

The location was perfect! The room was very clean and was perfect for my partner and I. We also loved that they held our bags for us in the lobby after checkout so we could explore the city for a few extra hours before we had to leave! great experience.

Good location, room had a good size to fit 2 big luggage's, bed was comfortable, shower was good and hotel was pretty clean.

I like the esthetic and the fact it is sooooo close to everything. Everything great in walking distance. Employees were nice and helpful. Beds or very comfortable and the access to the thermostat is perfect.
