I liked the decor and the location to Union Station. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The lobby and room were clean and well maintained. Although the security was a little cumbersome, I felt better knowing it was there. There weren't a lot of food items to choose from for breakfast, but the food was good.

The ambiance of the room was amazing, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating! James was great and there was another young lady that helped us check out! We will def be staying here again!

Central location, great decoration of the room, and amazing view.

Other than a broken blind on one window, I got exactly what I needed: a well-priced, clean, boutique room with a bar that was close to Michigan Ave. The only downside was that I had to walk downstairs for breakfast- there’s no room service.

I like how clean it was and we did like everything.
