I stayed for 7 nights here and it was comfortable and the hotel feels cozy. Quiet most of the time, not busy at all comparing to other hotels. The location is simply the best. The Queen Lux room was stylish, comfortable and large enough with a really large shower room. The high quality umbrella in the closet is a great addition and I actually used it once. Over all I was satisfied with this cute hotel and would easily stay again here.
The location was great! Walking distance to Times Square and many other attractions. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean spacious.
Quite comfy room; nice bathroom, good water pressure and plenty of hot water; all toiletries available. Loved the pillows; bed comfy. Enough places to plug in electronics. Easy to get anywhere--block and a half from Grand Central and 2 blocks other way to Times Square (but far enough away so no noise). Price is very good considering you are between Algonquin and Iroquois Hotels.
I like the property the amenities the room and decoration
Staff behavior is very good. The room was clean, and the washroom was big. Complimentary breakfast was good, and there were a lot of options to eat and drink. The location is superb, just a 2 minutes of walk from Times Square.
