Lovely room in a great location and the ability to book in bags early was great allowing me to explore the city without having to carry around items. really nice team and the room was great

It is very clean and it is in the very best position in the city! Just a few blocks from the river and Milenium park.

Location was excellent.

Room & toilet were spacious.

Bed was adequately big.

I like the free use of laundry with detergent and dryer. It really helped me for my 2 weeks stay in Chicago and I appreciate that. I also like the recycle water bottle made available at the communal area with free flow of water. Also the ice available was good! I requested for a kettle and was given one. So all very good.

Good location. Easy access to and from airport. Blue line train. Get off at Jackson (has elevator) or Munro (stairs) and easy walk to hotel.

The staff were super friendly and really helpful. The location is good and you can walk to so many great attractions.
