This is the greatest location for visiting Chicago. The staff are great. Room was super clean and well-appointed and QUIET! I slept really well. The nespresso coffee was a great bonus.
Great staff. The location of this hotel is 10 stars. Secure elevator(need card to go up). Room was clean, comfortable. They water filling station in the hallway. Great stay. Will return for sure.

Was lovely! We got in a bit late after agree a long journey from Australia! The staff were just amazing! The man checking us in was overly kind and generous to daughter! She went straight upstairs to draw him a picture and when she gave it to him he was extremely joyous!
