For it to be dispositioned as a "small" queen, it was quite roomy. There wasn't any esthetically to complain about. I loved the design of the room. It wasn't wall to wall bed.

Check in and check out were very easy. Location was great. Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff helped me get into a room quicker than my room was going to be ready.

Close to everything. Access to Subway makes everything more accessible.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had very good experience. The location was excellent - just a short walking distance to the 9/11 Memorial and a subway station, which made sightseeing very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, always willing to help. Our room was big enough to accommodate four people. There was a water station in the corridor (very thoughtful touch), which was perfect for filling up bottles before heading out for the day.
