Location. It was right next to the park we were going to. Staff were great. Anytime I needed anything, they were mostly helpful. I liked that you had to show your key to get in. It felt safe. Frustrating that food deliveries can’t go to your door- but I guess you can’t have it both ways. And I’d rather have safe. Just had to go to the security office to get it, so not a huge deal.
I loved the view from our room and the comfortable bed. Also, being in such a historic building makes you feel like if the walls could talk, they’d have a lot to say.
how close it was to lollapalooza, the staff and security were very friendly. the elevators moved so fast
The extra security measures for Lollapalooza were greatly appreciated and it make for a lot of peace of mind.
