stuff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time we walked through the lobby and answered our questions and requests very quickly. The room is nice, even though it did not have a closet or storage area for our luggage, but we managed well. The location is excellent!! We walked almost all of the time. In 10 minutes you are able to get to Times Square and about 20 to Central Park. It also has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby :)
