The location was fantastic, and everything was very clean.
Location good, bed very comfortable, breakfast was great.
Robyn at the Front desk was terrific....we dropped our luggage off early and then checked in on time (having enjoyed pedestrian Chicago), then left our luggage on our departure day to enjoy a river tour. Totally accommodating and pleasant.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Enjoyed being in the downtown loop area. Many of the architectural tour sights were nearby and we were able to explore places that weren't included on the tour.
Location was superb. Breakfast was good. Coffee was very good.
