The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I was impressed by the quiet part, since our room was right opposite the elevator. Also, there were good quality toiletries provided. We also made use of the mini fridge to store drinks and snacks.

We have stayed at this hotel on a few other occasions and like the location and staff. My only complaint was with the elevators. One was not working, and the two that were were often slow to arrive.

Location is great, we love that area. Room and beds are comfortable.

The staff and neatness and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. It is near Broafway shows, Lincoln Center and Central Park. Shopping is also nearby. The subway is just a block away.

The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Everyone greeted you and made sure you were doing okay. I must add that there's 24hs receptionand security which is ideal. Location wise it was spot on, one of the best part of the city. I went to see musicals and all the theater were within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. There's a microwave and small fridge, which are very good and well-kept. Plus, the housekeeping staff is extremely kind and professional at their job. The room was spotless
