A little hiccup with credit card details. However. The manager took care of us. Normally I don’t care and understand things happen but it was my mom’s 60th bday and I wanted to make it special. They accommodated us quickly and efficient. Gave us free lunch. We even left clothes behind and they found them and are taking steps to return them. Outstanding. Spyglass took good care of me. Got me feeling good. Out of all the properties I’ve stayed in this was my favorite. Thank you.

It’s a newer 22-storey building just off 5th Ave. Our 17th floor room was actually quiet. Walking distance to the Midtown attractions and Bryant Park subway station. Food options from a diner to steak houses within minutes.

The room appeared brand new. Spotless and elegant. Front desk staff was charming.

The location was so convenient as it was close to grand central. The room was comfortable and roomy for three people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop bar which had a great view of the empire state building. They also did baggage storage which was very helpful.

The location is very convenient. If you’re flying from Newark, the express bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful! The manager of the hotel made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean.
