Being able to do our bags of prior to checking in.
The staff was very friendly and helpful!The rooms were clean and freshly restocked each day and the facilities were nice! The location was great. Very walkable to Central Park, Broadway theaters, and the subway.
I did not find the elevators to be slow. The elevators and breakfast WERE busy in the morning and the guest rooms WERE small, but it’s NYC- it is a very busy place in the morning and most facilities are somewhat small and crowded. My family of four was able to sit down and eat breakfast each day. I think going into it with realistic expectations is helpful because this is a very good, budget friendly hotel!
Great location, we walked everywhere. Nice rooms at an excellent price!
Everything was great. I would love to stay again if I visit the city.
I loved how close it was to everything in the city! Just a 20 min walk to Times Square. And close to the subway
