Such a cute place. Very cool quirky architecture and well updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a block away from the Beach. Love this place great value

Jimmy the manager was great. They are in the process of renovating each room at a time. I believe they had at least half of them done. I stayed in a non renovated room. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were clean and nice. We never ran out of hot water and it was very hot. Water pressure was very good. It's a tough one for me to rate as all of Santa Barbara is outrageous when it comes to cost. We also stayed over Fourth of July which made it extra expensive. There is free parking which is nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable with the location being super convenient to take the shuttle into downtown and only a few minutes walk from the zoo.

Hotel is easy walking distance to the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable with all necessary conveniences. Property looked to be well maintained and provided some nice amenities such as lots of patio chairs and tables around the pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
