Right near everything could only get in with key card so excellent safety. Cynthia.was amazing talked to us moved our room took care of concerns and answered questions. Very friendly and caring plus the other staff.

It’s very clean, has a good breakfast, and has really really nice and friendly staff. I got a crib for the baby. Always water tea and coffee on the first floor. Location is good as well, very close to the subway and Times Square, and a bunch of restaurants and takeout out very close by

The location is excellent in the midtown. Not far at all from main attractions.

Breakfast included was a plus! Loved the 24- hour water & coffee. Also loved the mini shop for snacks & drinks in the lobby. The evening cookies were a nice touch to come back to enjoy!

I liked the rooms overall, the coffee/tea/water and cookies provided in the entrance, the included breakfast was basic but good for my needs, and the location is great (close to Times Square).
