We reached the red roof at 10 pm and the only room that was left was upstairs and my mom is handicapped. So I expressed my concern in that fact plus every place from there past buffalo were booked and he said to me, hold on let me work my magic. He found a room that was dirty downstairs and went over to clean it for us! He made a long day of travel bareable. He was godsend. The room was clean and comfortable!
Staff worked very well getting our room ready early in the day and also helped with a lock issue
The bed is the perfect firmness. And the bedding was so softness. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Location is easy to find. Beds were decent. Bathroom needs updating.
Greeted by a very nice female host. I liked I was only charged for my 2nd pet.
