I liked free breakfast with multiple options, location which is close to Bryant Park, and the comfy bed.
The location was perfect. Easy walk to time square and central park and even downtown. Good subway access as well but we preferred walking. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the coffee was really good. Our room was very spacious and well equipped.
Location was great because we were going to a Broadway show. Reakfast was excellent and varied. Bar at night was nice for a little night cap before turning in. Staff was extremely helpful for information and getting a cab.
