We were stuck in NYC overnight and found this spot. It was a perfect location to wander around for the few hours that we had.
Location was really good, lots of shops, food, etc.
I loved the location, layout or the room and the breakfast.
We had a wonderful time at the Riu Hotel celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Everything met our expectations. I had requested a city view, and not only was that granted, but they also surprised us with champagne and a card. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture!
We were very impressed by how beautiful the hotel lobby and restaurant areas were. Our room was small but very well designed and worked perfectly for us for our one night stay. We stayed on the 25th floor which helped with the noise level from the street. The breakfast was excellent with many choices - hot and cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
