The Historic Blue Angel offers a chance to enjoy the vibrancy of Midtown Manhattan at a very friendly price. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooftop deck deck is the perfect place to relax with your complimentary cup of coffee when you want to take a break. I highly recommend the Blue Angel.
Close to everything, clean, kind staff, comfortable
The staff (lobby and housekeeping) were top-notch professionals. We were treated graciously in each interaction, and returned each evening to a well-stocked room (professionally made beds, fresh towels, etc). Very cozy and high quality linens, lovely shared terrace.
I loved the location and the front desk staff. I also enjoyed having the complimentary "mini-bar".
Near the theater district and Central Park but not crazy like Times Square.
