This is a large and busy hotel even in the off season. The double queen room is beautiful and spacious very comfortable for a family of 4. The beach service wasn’t great but the pool had a great vibe and service. The pool chairs were the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed. The grill restaurant was pricy but fantastic food and service!! Nolita was great for lunch best pizza I ever had!! The gym was also amazing spacious, all new and lots of equipment! The Vallet and bell services were very efficient

Everything. The food, the service, the ambiance everything was perfect too to bottom. Would recommend 12 out of 10 times.
Location, easy to get to the beach.
Bed and Pillows were comfortable.
Room was spacious with nice layout.
Bathroom was also nice.
Ocean view from our balcony was fantastic.
Gumbo Limbo food was excellent.
Hotel and grounds were visually beautiful.
Beach towel, chairs, and umbrella were not an extra fee.
The staff was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
The property re-opened two weeks back and is a beautiful setting. It is a beautiful property and the staff was very nice.
