Very well located. Spacious and charming apartment in the heary of the city. Some parts are visibly old but kept in good shape.

The photographs of the apartment accurately represent it. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent.

We stayed for a week in Suite Jacobin. It is a lovely , old style French apartment that had everything that we needed for our stay. From the apartment you have views of The Basilica and Place Jacobins. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are basic but perfectly fine. It can get noisy in the early hours but you have to accept that is a central location and opposite a school( ear plugs are provided). Clearer instructions on how to access the bins in the basement are needed.

Perfect location in the heart of Lyon, easy walking distance to everything. The flat is of an era, it has an elegance and charm with all original features (everything!) and tasteful decor. There is a glimpse of the Basilica from the front and a small balcony leading from the kitchen at the back, overlooking an internal courtyard. Don't go expecting an apartment with modern fixtures and fittings, yes there are vintage elements, the bathroom & kitchen are original, there are beautiful old squeaky floors and minimal sound proofing, just enjoy the rarity of a place which is still gracing us with all the charm and simplicity of the old Lyon.
