I like that the staff was very friendly and professional, the location was ideal, next to the train station and the main public transport hub. The room and the bed were perfect.. This hotel is an excellent choice when visiting Lyon.

I booked last minute and staff was helpful and courteous, they helped us by being bike friendly with dedicated secure bike parking area in garage, good choices at breakfast

Perfect for a short stay in transit, as it's right at the train station and you can even exit directly at the Ibis/Mercure hotels (all together in one spot). Room was more comfortable than expected, bigger than expected, and bed was really great and I slept well! The TV is huge, there's English channels, and the little desk was perfect to do some light work on. The bathroom is fully integrated in the room though, which is fine alone and they provide block out blinds for the window. Sound-proofing was excellent too, I never heard the street outside. Breakfast was simple yet gave me what I needed (fresh pastries, baguette, cheese/meats, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, boiled eggs) but better quality than expected for the price. Staff were helpful with my arrival, tips, and storing luggage securely when I needed it. Overall, I would stay here again when transiting through Lyon!

Room was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was convenient - a minute or so from Part-Dieu station and local transport.

Great location beside Gare Lyon Part-Dieu. Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Was less expensive than many other hotels in Lyon but not cheap.
