Nice location near the train station, for an affordable price
Europe and France were experiencing a terrible heat wave, and the Montempo had real airconditioning. It was a welcome feeling every time we came back in from outside to feel that cold air. We slept wonderfully every night. The 9 Euro breakfast is totally worth it! The location offers several alternatives to getting on a metro, tram, or bus - all within 9 minutes walking distance. The parking was also a great rate of 10 Euro/day and being able to lock it in a container assured us even more that our car wouldn't be bothered. Moussa is a very informative and helpful employee and made us feel welcome.
We needed to be close to the train station in nice area and safe location, across from park. It was a 5 min walk to the station through the park-' Perfect!
Great location if coming in to Train station at Part Dieu or leaving. Just a few blocks away. Helpful front desk to call next nights accommodations..
