Location, value and safety were great. The hotel is near the museums and parks. The included breakfast was OK but nothing special.
Amazing staff, very supportive. They helped me and my boyfriend this week when Chile got the general problem with electricity: me and my boyfriend needed urgently to reach the airport and they helped us with telephone calls and updates.
Location is in a safe area of Santiago. The staff is super friendly and I arrived early, they let me check in early.
