The welcome, hospitality, location, facilities, cleanliness, quietness, tranqiility, view and the sound of the little mountain stream outside the window.. The photos are a true reflection. The owner collected me from the train and provided useful intormation explained bus routes etc. Nearest stop and mini market within 150m. Madonna del Sasso and Gondola Station a short walk away. I would highly recommend.

This place was very comfortable with beautiful views! It was rainy part of the time but we had plenty of room for the four of us, with a comfortable couch in the living room and a table to play cards. The view from the deck, which also had a table, was amazing. Helpful hosts downstairs. We took the bus from the train station and then figured out which steps (not a huge amount) to walk up and our host saw us and gave us the keys and a tour. Cooked a basic dinner one night in the kitchen. It was nice to have the coffee machine and pods there, as it made excellent coffees. Also a nice selection of teas.

The apartment was very clean and fully self contained. The view was to die for and public transport was easy accessible. The host even picked us up from the bus stop.House was uphill 100 metres, but drove us up with our luggage.

The host is super. The house was real house, not a cheap made B&B house for rent. I respect the works they put in the house. The view was spectacular. The location is just wonderful in a small town above Locarno. They have parks, and a grocery store where they sell fresh pastry. There are cafes and reasonable restaurants in the area, too. Our kids went crazy using buses and cable cars to go back and forth between the Locarno city centre and the lake. Thank you!

the location is on top of the hill overlooking the lake Maggiore. The host, Ms Franceschini and her husband are very accommodating and have done their best to help out especially when we have issues with our universal adaptor. They also allow us to washing machine and dryer for free!
