Super qualitative building materials! Great construction worker craftsmanship. Great location as well, and the staff explained everything we needed to know
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We are English-speakers and both staff we encountered spoke English very well. Room was perfect! It had a recent update and there wasn’t a mark anywhere and spotless. Very thoughtfully appointed. Not often you think that there is nothing wrong or lacking, but they seem to have thought of everything! It was a very good value for the area and right on the plaza with lots of restaurants around. The hotel restaurant was exceptional as well. About a 12 minute walk from the train station and roller suitcases are easy on the footpaths. Nicely done!
Perfect location near the Piazza Grande but in a quiet street. Clean and spacious room.
The staff was absolutely lovely and extraordinarily accomodating. The location is amazing as it is right in the center of Locarno at the Piazza Grande. It is a brand new hotel with beautiful and perfectly clean rooms. We were sad to leave the hotel after only one night, but we will be back for sure.
