Nice staff, very helpful. Rooms are clean. They usually clean about once a week or as per request. We found it comfortable because we prefer no interruptions. There's free coffee and tea and we could enjoy it in the lobby after a long day.

The room was great, clean and all you can drink coffee. We learned how to use the transit system which was easy once you learned. Your map app will have bus and tram numbers. So we didn't have to drive everywhere. Yes paid parking but not terrible, don't forget to reserve the parking. The parking is on site. Yes, breakfast you have to pay for, totally worth it and more! The staff was kind and as helpful as possible. There were no bugs. I would probably book this hotel every time I get to go to Zurich.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is a great size, clean, cosy. Very well equipped. The area is quiet, and you can enjoy the birds singing in the morning. Breakfast is great, and the hotel is located very close to tram lines.

The room was very nice and modern with plenty of storage and a balcony. The view form the balcony was nothing special, but having a balcony was quite nice. The room included a Nespresso machine as well as water and beer in the fridge that was included in the price. The bus stop is two blocks away and you can get to the main transportation hub in about 10 minutes riding the bus and train.
