Very quiet even though it’s on a busy tourist street and plaza. Beds were comfortable, accommodations great, clean, had AC, breakfast was very good. No complains at all, it was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at while in Switzerland. It also has the nicest lounge/common area.

Fantastic location ! Close to transport and so many wonderful restaurants right outside our door. Staff were amazing especially the breakfast staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always so happy to see us.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite nice. There was a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, and fruit. The coffee machine produced good coffee. The room had a nice view, was spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is right in the heart of things, so location was perfect.

Perfect location in Old Town, close to everything!

The hotel is located in a perfect place: the most beautiful area of the city and a few minutes from the main pedestrian and from the bahnhof. The staff was very friendly and helpful and at the arrival they gave us a very warm welcome. So was the hostess in the dining room. The breakfast was very good. The room was very nice with plenty of storage space in the closets and with plenty power outlets.
