Nice bed,great modern check in and controls for the room
I was allowed to check in early, and the staff knocked at the door to wake up us since we overslept and passed the check out time.
The hotel is located near the train station and to most of the iconic places in Zurich. The breakfast had many choices for our pickiest eater. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
The property is modern, room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, the blackout blinds blocked out all light and the room was quiet. The paid breakfast was excellent as well. Location is close to most of the must-see spots in Zurich and to Zurich HB. The customer service was friendly and prompt. Compared to many other places in Zurich which are old, this place is one notch above. The proximity to Babu’s and Hiltil for coffee and meals is a plus. I recommend it.
Loved that I could use an ipad to control everything. Also that water/bar was free and available 24/7
