Such a lovely family in a quite neighborhood. You have complete privacy as you will stay at the top floor. Rooms are very spacious and anything you need the hosts are there to help with. Great view of Sri Lanka's longest river, definitely worth every penny spent.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect!Our room was spacious, clean, well-decorated.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, balcony.We had a wonderful time at the Amanzi Residence and would definitely recommend it to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.
We loved this big room with an amazing view of the river that is right next to this stay. Everything was clean and we loved that this room has big windows allowing you to admire the beauty of nature.
