Hotel location is very close to Kandy lake and Kandy main city area, everything within 4-5KMs.
as we booked this off-season there were hardly 2-3 bookings in this hotel so the breakfast was a set menu instead of buffet spread, but they have limited menu only. whatever they served was freshly made, good quality with taste only fresh juices were not available.
For driver we got room for free to stay including parking.
the stay is friendly and supportive.
for our 1.5yr toddler they had a wooden baby chair which was unexpected.
The stuff is amazing and the hotel is calm and safe comfy bed
It wasn’t very clean and the facility/rooms need renovation…
Loved everything about this place. The hospitality was great, the staff was amazing, as soon as I arrived I was greeted a glass of orange juice and they brought my luggage up for me, my room was breathtaking. And it had such a lovely garden view. Hot water in the shower. When I left the staff helped me with getting a tuktuk. I didn’t have time to use the beautiful but it’s as beautiful in real life as it is in person.
Hotel Yo is a lovely, clean and comfortable stay in Kandy. Well situated, it is easy to grab a tuk tuk ride to anywhere in the city.
The manager and his friendly team pulled out all the stops and even decorated the room specially for my husbands birthday. Highly recommend
