The stay at this property makes you feel like you’re at home. It gives you a cozy and welcoming feeling. Prasanna, the property manager, is very kind and helpful. The property is well-managed and has a great atmosphere. You can easily explore the local area by walking. The lake-side walk from this property is particularly scenic

The place was very good. We had an enjoyable, quiet and peaceful time. It was very close to the Temple (walking distance). The staff was very friendly. They were very helpful.The food was delicious and clean. Tge surrounding was very calm.

Very nice accomodation near the Kandy lake. Everything is new. The breakfast is very abundant and varied. We also got picked up and dropped off when we left by the owner. 10/10 will stay here again when im back in Kandy. Also it's a few minutes walk to the Kandy lake.

Our stay at Malwaththa Mount Villa was beautiful. Facilities were clean, tidy and as pictured on booking.com. There was a lovely breakfast here for a reasonable additional charge including fresh fruit, toast, egg and tea/coffee which was substantial for the day. The owner (Prassana) was very attentive, and always on hand with any questions we had. Prassana truly went above and beyond for all of our needs. Location was also perfect for us.
