Location is super. 3 min walk to Hakata station, 3 min walk to bus stop to airport, plenty restaurants and 3-4 major supermarkets/ department stores at the station.

Very friendly staff,clean room, close to train station,shopping & restaurants.

We stayed in the Annex or newer part of the hotel. The living spaces and bathrooms are more spacious than the older part of the hotel. We have stayed here multiple times and the elevators near the check-in lobby take you to the older part. The Annex is closer to where the coffee station is located. Can't beat this hotel for easy access to Hakata Station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The hotel stored our luggage for 2 days until we returned from visiting family. This was a great convenience that was truly appreciated.

The property is showing its age but the convenient location and excellent customer service makes this hotel our favorite while in Fukuoka. We spent the weekend with family and the hotel stored our luggage until we returned.

Its location is unbearable right next to the train/ bus stations in central Fukuoka. Plenty of shops and restaurants and supermarkets. A bustling city center. The breakfast is great except it is small. There is no view from our 3rd floor room windows, except walls and parking buildings. Room size is acceptable.
