location is good. alot of near cafes, restos and shops.
close to restaurants shops and night life. great for 20-30yr olds with no kids
Excellent location for shopping and transportation hub for trains and buses. Much better than staying in Hakata. Vibrant day and night scenes.
Hotel is basic, hence value for money if just need a place to rest tired legs.
The interior and exterior of building gives charm. But the location is superb for tourist who intend to shops, strolling around and dine out
I had to leave early. So didn't have breakfast.
The Reception Staff were friendly and helpful.
