We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip and the staff were very accomodating. We were able to leave some pieces of luggage for a few days until we returned for our second stay which was really helpful. They had a small coffee station in the lobby of the hotel which was useful while we waited for check in or for the coin laundry. I lost my phone charger at one point and the staff went above and beyond to try and locate it for me. Most spoke through a translator app which made understanding each other decently easy.

Great location where is so closed to Hakata station and bus station to international airport terminal

The breakfast was delicious and not too crowded. There was a free coffee machine in the foyer available at all times. There was a foot massager in the room and free wine on arrival.

The hotel location is exceptional, close to hakata station, but not too close, so it's a quiet area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. And the best part was the breakfast, really good food and I also enjoyed the breakfast area.
