Loved the roof top area. I grabbed takeaway and ate up there every night. The view is excellent. Traditional style rooms were nice and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location close to Gora station, Hakone Open Air Museum or Hakone Museum of Art. Spacious rooms with view on the mountains. Very comfortable futon beds.

The property was close to the train and cable car - no need to climb any steep hill with baggage. The accommodation had shared bathroom facilities though this was fine as was the shared living and kitchen space. The futon beds on tatami mats on the floor were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for luggage and all. The property employees were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. View from our room and natural light. The area was quiet.

The staff member who attended to us was very helpful and the hotel does what it promises.
