The room was a decent size for Japan. Beds were ok, not the best but not the worst. The buffet dinner was a good selection. The onsen was Devine. A choice of 6 different thermal springs for females & temperature wasn't too hot.
Staff was super helpful and spoke some English so it was easy to bridge the gap, the breakfast was fantastic and the dinner was pretty good although there are some great dinner places surrounding the hotel if you look for them. My partner says the spa was excellent and was very relaxing.
Onsen, onsen and onsen once more!! Never experienced anything like that before. All the family members enjoyed it so much. Also breakfast was outstanding!! Complimentary coffee in the lounge was a nice touch. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.
Good meals. Room consider big. Good facilities. Clean.
